This coffee is from Sumatra, Indonesia, specifically from three farms in the Takengon highlands, Aceh province at altitudes of 1300 to 1400 meters. It features Bourbon, Catimor, and Typica varieties, processed via wet hulling and sun-drying. The medium dark roast coffee has flavor notes of cocoa, dark chocolate, herbal hints, tobacco, roasted nuts, and cedar, with a bold, full body and layered chocolate and licorice taste.
