Flying Dragon is a medium dark roast blend featuring coffee from Brazil and Indonesia at altitudes of 800 to 1600 meters. It includes varieties such as Catuai, Mundo Novo, Catimor, Ateng, Bourbon, and Typica. The coffee is processed using natural and sun dried, as well as washed and wet hulled methods. Flavor notes include caramel, dark chocolate, stone fruit, with herbal undertones and a strong body.
