Teojomulco is a washed community lot from Santo Domingo Teojomulco in Sierra Sur, Oaxaca, Mexico, produced by 13 families and dried on patios at 900–1500 masl. The lot includes Typica, Bourbon and Mundo Novo varieties. Tasting notes highlight dark chocolate, walnut and sweet tobacco, producing a warm, clean and sweet profile typical of Oaxacan washed coffees. Available in multiple bag sizes with whole-bean and grind options.
