A washed Colombian coffee sourced from the Tierra Linda farm in Salento, Quindío region, grown at 1900 meters altitude. The Tabi variety is cultivated under the shade of guama, plantain, and banana trees, with cherries hand-picked at peak ripeness and sun-dried. Notably, this coffee was the first arrival shipped via Belco's sail-powered transport project, reducing transport emissions. Flavor notes include cranberry, toffee, and jasmine.
