This coffee is a single origin from Granja Paraíso 92 in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia, grown at 2000 meters altitude. It is processed using thermal shock and yeast fermentation techniques. The variety is SL28, originally developed in Kenya and prized for its fruity, berry-forward, and wine-like characteristics. The coffee displays intense fruity flavors with notes of raspberry candy, blackberry jam, freesia, blue raspberry, sweet tarts, and huckleberry jam.
