A single-origin highland coffee from the Anfilo area in the Wollega region of Ethiopia, grown wild at 2,200 meters altitude. Cultivated in natural forest gardens by a cooperative of approximately 100 smallholder farmers, this 100% Arabica is sun-dried (natural process), which contributes to its spicy, complex aroma profile with a fine sweetness. Roasted using a traditional drum roasting method at a maximum of 220°C for 18–22 minutes. Flavor notes include spicy, berry, wild, fruity, and full-bodied character.
