A single origin 100% Arabica highland coffee from Anfilo, Wollega, Ethiopia, grown at 2,200 meters altitude. Produced by a cooperative of approximately 100 smallholder farmers with plots of 2–10 hectares. Sun-dried (natural process) in traditional forest gardens using rain irrigation, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides (organic). Roasted in a traditional drum roast at max 220°C for 18–22 minutes and air-cooled. Flavor profile includes spicy, berry, wild, fruity, full-bodied, and characterful notes with a fine sweetness.
