A low-caffeine blend composed of 40% Colombian Arabica (Women's Association El Trebol, washed, 1550–1750 m), 25% Brazilian Arabica (Fazenda São José, natural, 950 m), and 35% Mexican Arabica/Canephora (Finca Fulda, washed, 900 m). Varieties include Castillo, Yellow Bourbon, and Romex Canephora. The blend offers a velvety, silky mouthfeel with full-bodied, nutty flavor, caramel sweetness, and exceptional creaminess. Roasted medium, suited for fully automatic machines, espresso, and filter preparation.
