Maldaner CoffeeAbout This Coffee
Wilhelm is a 100% Arabica blend of Colombian and Brazilian coffees. The Colombian component comes from the Santander region (1550–1750m altitude), sourced from the El Trebol women's association, using the Castillo variety and washed processing. The Brazilian component comes from Minas Gerais (950m), from the Andrade family farm, using Yellow Catuai variety with natural processing. The blend is 60% washed and 40% naturally processed, offering flavor notes of dark berries, hazelnut, and stone fruit with a silky-soft mouthfeel and full-bodied character. Recommended for filter, AeroPress, and French Press preparation.
