This single-origin coffee comes from Zambia's Kateshi Estate, one of the country's oldest farms. Grown at 1300 meters above sea level, this washed lot blends CAT-129, F6, Castillo, and trial varietals. The flavor profile features Mr. Christie chocolate wafers, black cherry compote, and kirsch notes, delivering a rich, clean, and layered cup.
