Bekele Yutute Natural is a single-origin Ethiopian coffee from Bensa (Sidama), produced at 2300 m and sourced from the Kokose site/exporter Bekele Yutute. The Kurume 74158 variety was processed by natural fermentation and dried on raised beds. The cup is described as clean, intense and fruity with tasting notes of strawberry, banana and cocoa. The roast is an omniroast optimized for filter brewing.
