Hartmann Family Maragogype Natural

This is a Yellow Maragogype from Finca Hartmann in Santa Clara, Panama, grown by the Hartmann family at 1500 m. The coffee is naturally processed by dehydration and dried on raised beds and dehydrators (including custom dark-room dehydration). Tasting notes highlight lychee, strawberry, and tamarind with juicy, tropical fruit character and a creamy body; the roast is an omniroast optimized for filter brewing.
