Biloya is a single origin Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, Gedeo. It is grown at 1720 meters above sea level on volcanic, fertile soil with organic fertilization and natural shade. The coffee is of Heirloom variety processed anaerobically with natural drying for 2-3 weeks, offering flavor notes of litchi, starfruit, and white flowers with a creamy mouthfeel, lively acidity, and a sweet, long finish.
