A single-origin natural-processed coffee from Fazenda Baú (Tomio Fukuda) in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown at about 1,100 m. Variety: Red Bourbon. The cherries are sun-dried (patio) to produce a natural/sundried Bourbon with medium roast (3.5). Tasting notes highlight hazelnut, caramel and brown sugar sweetness with a subtle red apple and plum aftertaste and a rich, balanced body.
