Brazil Finca Cecilia is a single-origin coffee from the Finca Cecilia estate in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, produced by Pedro Humberto Veloso at 1100–1400 m. The lot is Red Catuai variety processed natural. Tasting notes include walnut, carob, raisin, spicy floral and clove aroma with chocolate and molasses character, a syrupy body and a cacao-citrus finish.
