A special lot from Minas Gerais, Brazil, winner of first place in the Experimental category of Cup of Excellence 2024. Produced by Flávio and Marcelo of M&F Coffee, a farm established in 2010 specializing in specialty coffee. The coffee uses the Arara variety — a cross between Yellow Catuai and Obatã — grown at 1,200m altitude. Processed using anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 72 hours with strict ripeness control. Tasting notes include raisin, hazelnut, and orange with a smooth, round, complex mouthfeel.
