This washed Bourbon coffee is from the Karambo Hill washing station in the Muyinga district of north-eastern Burundi, bordering Tanzania. Grown at 1500-1700 meters altitude in the region's rich volcanic soil with high rainfall. Produced by This Is Burundi (TIB Coffee), a company established in June 2020 dedicated to producing high-quality washed, natural, and honey processed coffee. This is from TIB's second harvest and represents a small portion of their specialty coffee production. Roasted for espresso, featuring flavor notes of poached orange, sugarcane, and apricot.

After more than eight years of preparation, Manta Ray Coffee Roasters opened their flagship roastery in Nunawading, Melbourne, in October 2022. The industrial chic space features a visible roasting area framed by large windows, inviting visitors into the process. Drawing on a background in film color grading, the team approaches roasting as a form of creative expression, seeking to reveal depth and character in every batch. Award winners at the 2019 Roasters Smackdown and 2023 ASCA competitions, they offer their signature Outsider Blend alongside rotating single origins and an automated pour over experience at the bar.
