A 100% SXC certified organic blend featuring beans from Ethiopia, Peru, and Papua New Guinea. The coffee uses Ethiopian Heirloom, Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties grown at altitudes between 1100-1800 meters. Processing methods include both natural and washed techniques. The flavor profile features caramel fudge, marzipan, and burnt orange notes. Black coffee presents a velvet mouthfeel with medium body, balancing spice, caramel, and chocolate with a fruity, clean finish. With milk, sweet complexity cuts through with caramel fudge, marzipan, and burnt orange flavors. Designed for espresso and stovetop brewing.
