The Chelchele Washed is a single origin coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, processed by the Chelchele Washing Station in Kochere region. It is a washed coffee variety grown at altitudes between 1,900 to 2,400 meters on volcanic soil with organic fertilization and natural shade. The coffee has flavor notes of toffee, mild caramel, dried fruits, and floral citrus tones, offering a soft mouthfeel and a balanced, elegant profile. The coffee is offered as whole beans with various roast options suitable for espresso preparation.
