A single‑farm coffee from Yunlan Estate in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, China (1,600–1,700 m). Varieties include Caturra, Catimor P4 and Villa Sarchi. Beans undergo an oak‑barrel anaerobic fermentation combined with a honey (pulped natural) style, producing bright, complex flavors of pineapple, white wine, and yogurt with cranberry acidity and a maple syrup‑like finish. Light roast, showcasing clarity and fruit-forward acidity.
