Light-roast coffee from Rancho Momokiemo in Coapilla, Chiapas, Mexico (altitude ~1400–1500 m). A lot combining Marsellesa and Costa Rica 95 varieties, washed processed, producing a transparent, round, and rich cup with tasting notes of pineapple, mango and maple syrup as it cools.
