The variety is Caturron, a mutation of Caturra believed to originate from the Acevedo/Huila region, known for its large cherries, intense fruit potential, and leaf rust resilience. The coffee is semi-washed processed. The crop was picked in November 2025 and arrived in February 2026. The farm spans 12 hectares with 5 hectares dedicated to coffee production.
