A single-origin coffee from the Cauca region of Colombia, produced by the Cosurca Cooperative, which unites 1,423 families of small-scale indigenous, Afro-descendant, and peasant farmers. Grown at altitudes between 1,600m and 2,000m, the coffee features Typica, Bourbon, and Colombiana varieties. Certified organic and fair trade. The cup profile offers notes of caramel, stone fruits, and round, light chocolate, with juicy acidity and a delicate body. Well-suited for both espresso and filter methods.
