A single‑origin Colombian coffee from the El Diviso farm (Nestor Lasso) in Bruselas, Huila, grown at 1600–1800 m. The Ombligon variety is processed as a fermented natural with extended aerobic and anaerobic fermentation steps and careful drying to 11% moisture. Light roasted, it presents bright, fruit‑forward flavors of golden kiwi, hibiscus, rose hip, mango, papaya and green apple with lively acidity and a delicate body.
