Green Arabica beans from Cau Dat, Lam Dong, harvested at 1550 MASL. Variety: Yellow Cherry (sizes S16 + S18) with 10–12.5% moisture. Processed by natural deep fermentation and developed further through anaerobic/low-temperature fermentation. Tasting notes: tropical fruit and plum wine. Suggested extractions: cold brew and pour-over; the beans are recommended for light roasting.
