This Geisha comes from Finca La Roca in Huila, Colombia, a 7-hectare certified organic farm. The Geisha lot underwent a 48‑hour fermentation, a white‑honey depulping and 14 days of drying. Light roasted for filter, it presents bright pineapple and peach acidity with vanilla sweetness and a delicate, tea‑like body.
