Colombia Finca Las Brisas Gesha Washed
Bella's Coffee LabAbout This Coffee
A single estate coffee from Finca Las Brisas in the Huila region (La Estrella, Acevedo), Colombia, grown at 1,900 meters altitude. The Gesha Arabica variety is washed with a double fermentation process — a 75-hour two-phase fermentation — followed by gentle drying in marquesinha tents. Produced by young farmer Jhon Wilmer, this coffee offers floral elderflower notes, fresh acidity from apple and lime, and a soft caramel finish. Complex, clean, and deeply balanced.
