A rare Geisha from El Porvenir farm in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, at 1,738m altitude. The farm traces its roots to Orlando Sanchez, who won the Presidential Award in 2019 and 2nd place at the 2020 Cup of Excellence. This lot, a 1st-place auction winner, uses a dual-fermentation Semi Washed process: handpicked cherries are fermented 70 hours, then depulped and fermented a further 70 hours with the original Mosto. Tasting notes include Chamomile, Pear, Orange, with a smooth and long finish.
