A single-origin Geisha from La Parcelita farm (Álvaro Andrés Roldan Flor) in Popayán, Cauca, Colombia, grown at about 1950 m. The lot is processed using a washed method and roasted light to highlight delicate acidity and clarity. Tasting notes include apple tea, muscat grape juice, apricot candy, and a lingering maple-syrup sweetness, producing a bright, juicy cup with floral and syrupy characteristics.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
