A Gesha microlot from Colombia (Diego Bermudez) grown at about 1950 MASL. The lot undergoes a double-fermentation thermal-shock (Thermal-Shock Washed) process, producing intense sweetness and pronounced florals. Tasting notes include ripe peach, mango, jasmine, and rose; roasted light for a delicate, tea-like body.
