Colombia Popayan is a single-origin Arabica from the Popayán area in Cauca, grown mostly by smallholders at 1,400–1,800 m. Beans are processed using the Myta (washed) method and roasted to a medium level. Tasting notes highlight caramel, raspberry and toffee, with medium acidity and a full body.
