Costa Rica - Ivan Solis - Cuatro Vientos | Black Honey

This single-origin Costa Rica coffee comes from the Cuatro Vientos farm in Dota–Tarrazu, owned by Iván Solís. Harvest 2025, Red Catuai variety, grown at 1650 MASL and processed as a Black Honey (piled fermentation, washed, pulped, then sun-dried and finished in mechanical dryers to 10% humidity). Tasting notes: cherry, strawberry, pecan, and milk chocolate. Suitable for espresso and filter preparations.
