This single-origin coffee from Daterra (Cerrado region, São José, Brazil) is Yellow Arara variety, grown at 1150 masl by producer Luis N. Pascoal. Processed as an experimental anaerobic natural with added yeasts, it yields super-sweet, toasted cup characteristics: praline pecans, crème brûlée citrus, aged rum undertones and silky milk-chocolate body. Medium roast.
