This coffee comes from the Cerro Buena Vista farm in Rivas, Brunca, Costa Rica, cultivated by Don Lica Torres at 1500 masl. It features the Milenio variety, a rust-resistant hybrid between T5296 and Sudan Rume. The beans undergo a unique Black Cherry Anaerobic Natural processing method, which includes extended cherry ripeness, controlled bag fermentation, and drying on raised beds and concrete. Flavor notes highlight black cherry, Bing cherry, citrus zest, and dark chocolate sweetness.
