Decaf Ethiopia TADE GG Natural is a decaffeinated Ethiopian coffee from Shakiso (2024-2025 crop). The lot is Heirloom variety grown at 1,800–2,200 m and processed naturally, then decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process. Tasting notes include almond milk chocolate, citrus tea, hints of bagel and butter cookie, and a mixed berry sauce sweetness; the cup is described as mild and aromatic.

Kodama won the 2023 1st Crack Coffee Challenge roasting competition. The roastery focuses on light roasts with fruit-forward profiles, sourcing seasonal lots and emphasizing the inherent flavors of each origin.
