This blend combines two natural coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia. The Brazilian component is Monte Cristo from Daterra estate in Cerrado region at 950 meters altitude, featuring Yellow Catuaí variety. The Ethiopian component is a natural Heirloom lot from Gedeb Lalesa washing station at 2,150-2,200 meters altitude. Both coffees are naturally processed. The blend offers milk chocolate, marzipan, orange zest, and dried berry flavor notes with a creamy body and balanced profile suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
