About This Coffee

Don Martin Catuai is a single origin coffee from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, cultivated at 1800 meters above sea level on a family-run farm with volcanic soils. The coffee is processed using an Anaerobic Natural method called "777 Double Fermentation," developed by Don Martin. It features flavor notes of raspberry fudge, mango, and cashew with a creamy mouthfeel, medium sweetness, and balanced acidity.
