A Colombia micro-lot from Cafe Granja La Esperanza in the Sierra Nevada (≈1900 MASL). Mokka variety processed as an anaerobic natural, yielding bright, fruit-forward clarity with notes of dried cherry and grapefruit and pronounced organic acidity. Roasted to a very dark profile for bold body and intensity.
