This coffee originates from Ecuador's Putushio region in Imbabura at 2,222 meters altitude. It is a washed (WX) coffee of the Typica Mejorado variety, processed through traditional washed fermentation involving wet fermentation and double fermentation stages. The flavor profile includes notes of chamomile, nectarine, oolong, bergamot, and pear with mid-intensity acidity and a juicy, light body.
