About This Coffee

A Special Edition single-origin coffee from the Pena Redonda farm in the Chalatenango region of El Salvador, grown at 1,500–1,550 meters altitude. The Pacamara variety — a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogype — is honey processed. Produced by Carlos Mauricio Lemus Landaverde. Flavor notes include cookie, lemon, candy, berry, stone fruit, chocolate, dried apple rings, and hazelnut. The acidity is gentle but present with citrus and winey character. The body is medium, soft, and round with a long, sweet finish.
