El Triangulo

About This Coffee

El Triangulo is a Geisha from the Santa Lucia plot (Fincas Mierisch) in Comayagua, Honduras, grown at 1550 masl. The cherries are de-pulped and dry-fermented for 36 hours, washed, then dried on raised beds inside a greenhouse for about 15 days to 11% humidity and rested for one month. Tasting notes highlight green tea, lychee and white flowers; roasted for both filter and espresso, leaning toward a light, delicate profile.
