Produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene under the Alo Coffee label, this lot comes from plots located at 2,200 meters altitude in Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia. The cherries, harvested at peak ripeness, undergo 72-hour anaerobic natural fermentation in hermetic tanks, followed by slow drying on African raised beds. Varieties include 74110 and 74112. Tasting notes reveal a bright, juicy acidity with mandarin and star fruit, delicate strawberry blossom florality, and a zesty pomelo finish. Filter roast.
