About This Coffee

This coffee from San Marcos, Tarrazú, Costa Rica (El Cedro farm) is Caturra and Catuai grown at 1600–2000 MASL. It is co-fermented anaerobically with cinnamon, producing a sweet, cinnamon-forward cup with notes of cinnamon roll, baked apple, dried orange and horchata. Medium roast with a smooth, creamy body.
