About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Bensa region in Sidama, Ethiopia, from the Qunqana farm. It is grown at high altitude between 1950-2500 meters above sea level. The coffee consists of heirloom varietals and is processed using the washed method. The Sidama region produces the most coffee at the highest grades in Ethiopia, benefiting from fertile highlands, cool weather, and over 100 inches of rainfall per year, which causes the coffee to ripen slower. This medium roast features flavor notes of toasted pralines, cooked peach, milk chocolate, and honeysuckle.
