A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Chelbesa station in the Gedeb region, grown at 2150–2200 meters altitude. Produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee, which supports sustainable farming and fair working conditions. The coffee is made from traditional Heirloom varieties. Ripe cherries are sorted, depulped, and dry-fermented before being dried on raised beds for 10–15 days. Flavor notes include black tea with lemon, strawberry, and honey cookie. Available roasted for both filter and espresso.

Father's Coffee Roastery
RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
