Ethiopia Genji Chella is a washed coffee from Western Ethiopia's Jimma region, grown at 1700 meters elevation on the Gera Farm. It consists of Ethiopia Landrace Cultivars and is dried on raised beds. The flavor profile features delicate florals with complex sweetness, including tasting notes of papaya, raw honey, lavender, and white grape, suitable primarily for filter brewing.
