Telila Decaf is an Ethiopian decaffeinated filter coffee from the Jimma region, specifically Gure Kesso. The beans are harvested at 2,150 meters altitude and processed using a washed method with natural carbonic acid decaffeination (sugarcane method). It features flavor notes of pomegranate, cherry, and white tea blossoms, with a creamy texture and balanced sweetness, acidity, and mouthfeel.
