A single-origin Ethiopian microlot from Hambela Alaka at ~2000 MASL. Landrace genetics were processed dry-washed (depulped, short dry fermentation, channel-washed) and dried on raised beds. Expressive light roast showing floral and fruity clarity with notes of jasmine, apple butter, apricot, and toasted coconut.
