A washed lot from the Ayla Bensa washing station in Sidama, Ethiopia, cultivated above 2,000 meters (≈2100 MASL). Landrace varieties were wet-processed and raised-bed dried, roasted to an Expressive Light profile. Cup notes include jasmine florals, crisp melon, yellow fruit, nectarine, milk chocolate, and subtle cranberry sweetness.
