It is processed using the natural method and carries a Grade 1 grading. The coffee is grown on small plots by smallholder farmers who deliver cherries to local washing stations. Flavor notes include raisin, prune, and dried blueberry when served hot, with jasmine green tea and blueberry notes when served over ice.
